The Foreigner (2003 film)

The Foreigner is a 2003 movie starring Steven Seagal. It has been rated R by the MPAA. This film was Seagal's second direct-to-video release (the first being The Patriot). It was originally intended to be released theatrically in the United States, but was changed to a DTV release when Seagal's last theatrical release, Half Past Dead, performed poorly both financially and with audiences. It did, however, receive a release theatrically in South Korea, Bahrain, and Kuwait. (more)
