Dear All, As many of you may know, Tim Russert, host of Meet the Press, passed away recently from sudden cardiac death. I wanted to take this time to share with you a little information about sudden cardiac death, and a prevention strategy that may be of help to you, your family or friend -- which is that fish oil, 1 g of EPA and DHA a day can reduce the risk of sudden cardiac death greatly.
