April 30 - Former 'American Idol' finalist Jessica Sierra was arrested on felony battery charges Sunday for allegedly hitting a man on the head with a heavy glass at a cafe.

The former American Idol finalist was arrested in December for disorderly intoxication and resisting officers. Mia Lee reports.
