In this made-for-TV adventure, young Indiana Jones ( Sean Patrick Flanery ) joins the Belgian Army during World War I, where his compatriots include Siegfried Sassoon ( Stevan Rimkus ) and Robert Graves ( Jamie Glover ). After surviving a skirmish in Flanders, Jones and his platoon are sent to fight in the bloody Battle of the Somme. Indy and several of his fellow soldiers are taken captive by the Germans, and after attempting to escape for a prison camp, he's locked away in a maximum security facility, where he makes the acquaintance of Charles DeGaulle ( Herve Pauchon ).
