Building on the phenomenal success of STEP UP, Touchstone Pictures is giving fans across the country an opportunity to be part of the sequel, STEP UP 2 THE STREETS. Users have 3 ways to be a part of the movie for a priceless chance to: 1. Display their Talent as a Solo Dancer on the Big Screen 2. Perform in the Film with their Dance Crew 3. Appear as a Singer on the Official Soundtrack To enter, users are invited to join the STEP UP 2 THE STREETS MySpace profile (www.myspace.com/StepUpMovie) and record themselves or their dance groups dancing to a demo track from the film's soundtrack by August 10, 2007. A group of finalists will be selected by the filmmaking team -- including director Jon Chu, lead actors Briana Evigan and Robert Hoffman, as well as choreographers from the film.
