CBS 2's Mike Flannery is producing a special commemorating Richard J. Daley's reign as Chicago mayor. He sits down with the current Mayor Daley to talk about his father's personal and professional life, including the controversial "shoot to kill" order during the 1968 Democratic convention riots.
