This home video is the first of two and it captures part of the theatrical & musical performance of the Freshman & Sophomores and the Juniors at Midwood HS as they participated in the 61st Annual Midwood High School Sing. The performance was superb. Also, please understand that best eforts were made to capture as much of the show as possible, but due to concerns about running out of tape some of the theatrical scenes were not covered. Another video covering the second half of Midwood Sing 2008 will be available shortly. That one covers performances by the Seniors. This video is made available compliments of the son of a 1947 graduate of Midwood High School named Richard F. Nilsen, who also played on Midwood's very first football team.
