Hi! Nili Nathan and Lisa LeBar with Expert Village. What are we making next Lisa? Actually we're going to be making cheesy pizza toast which kids love, you know everybody loves the pizza including the kids especially, so what's great about that is you can get something nice and nutritious for your children and of course obviously just the mention of pizza of course they'll enjoy that thought. That's right, so what's the first step? So what we started is we got some marinara sauce just some pre-bottled stuff it doesn't have to be you know something you made or something like that, marinara or spaghetti sauce I put in the strainer to let the liquid drain and that helps so this way when you put it on the bread it doesn't make the bread all soggy. Good idea, exactly so we'll go ahead and get a couple of slices of bread, we'll toast that up so that the breads nice and kind of more crisp, we'll top our ingredients and right over here, here you want to put this in the oven? Yes thank you, at what 350, about 350 is fine, for how long just for like 5 minutes, about 5 minutes just to get it so it's kind of toasty you kind of know most of us are basic with our toast, so that's pretty easy to do and that's what is so nice about the recipe. So now I already preheated our pan with a little bit of olive oil, I have some vegetables here with some green peppers, some onions, some zucchini, you can add some other little things if you'd like and do something different if you like but these are the ones I've kind of chosen. We'll go ahead and grilled these up, we'll do the same thing we did with the enchiladas, the enchi cha cha ladas for the kids, we'll go ahead and kind of grind up the vegetables a little bit and we'll sneak it in the marinara sauce give them a little bit nutrients and a little bit of extra vitamins and minerals which is perfect especially with the zucchini it has lots of minerals, it has some naturally caring sodium too and that's actually a good thing and for kids cause they're growing. We'll add some topping with some cheese, toast it for another just 5, 10 minutes just until the cheese melts and it's ready to go.
