Young at Heart may refer to:
Young at Heart is a 1954 film, directed by Gordon Douglas. It was a remake of the 1938 film Four Daughters, and it starred Frank Sinatra, Doris Day, Gig Young, Ethel Barrymore, Alan Hale, Jr and Dorothy Malone and was the first of five films that Gordon Douglas directed Frank Sinatra.

It was around this time when the battle for Nora Aunor's services started between Sampaguita and Tower Productions. Young at Heart was Sampaguita's entry while Nora in Wonderland was Tower Productions. During the Parade of Stars, Nora rode with her Wonderland leading man Manny de Leon while Tirso rode with Nora's substitute, the doll Maria Leonora Theresa.
Filmmaker Sue Marx documents the romance between her father Louis Gothelf and Reva Shwayder, each in their mid-80s.
