Wonderfalls is a television program that was featured on the Fox television network in 2004.

The show's premise is centered on Jaye Tyler (Caroline Dhavernas), a recent Brown University graduate with a philosophy degree, who holds a dead-end job as a sales clerk at a Niagara Falls gift shop. Jaye is the reluctant participant in conversations with a variety of animal figurines — a wax lion, brass monkey, stuffed bear, and mounted fish, among others — which direct her via oblique instructions to help people in need.

Some sources use the two-word spelling, "Wonder Falls", for the title. Although the DVD lists it as a single word, the title of its theme song is two words.

Though the show (and the titular shop) is supposedly set on the American side of the border, every exterior shot of Niagara Falls is obviously taken from the Canadian side. The city of Niagara Falls, New York is often seen across the Niagara River which divides the province of Ontario from the state of New York.

13 episodes were produced, but the show was canceled after only four episodes had aired. Afterwards, attempts were made to interest another network in airing the remaining nine episodes, which would have made the show one of, if not the first, American series to change networks midway through its first season. Ultimately, these efforts were unsuccessful, though the entire series was later released on DVD.

Caroline Dhavernas normally speaks with a French-Canadian accent and had to take lessons in order to adopt a more American tone of voice for the role.

Two music videos for the theme song "I Wonder Why the Wonder Falls" were produced, featuring different footage of Caroline Dhavernas and other cast members lip-synching to the song and dancing around, intercut with footage from different episodes.

During the course of looking for a series title, staff suggestions included: "Animal Crackers", "The Tchotchke Whisperer", "Normally Insane", "What Ever Happened to Baby Jaye?", "Babble Head", and a dig at their competition, "Joan of Niagara".

Portions of the pilot episode had to be re-filmed when the actress initially hired to play Mahandra was replaced during production. Similarly, the actor hired to play Aaron was also changed, necessitating the re-filming of one scene in the pilot.

Several writers from the show provided voices for the muses.

The Tyler's names are (in order of age): Darren, Karen, Sharon, Aaron, and...Jaye.

The shot of "Heidi Gotts", Eric's Wife, in "Wax Lion" was played by (Corry Carpf), not (Jewel Staite) who played "Heidi Gotts" towards the end of the series. The producers credit shot angles and the similarity of appearances of the actresses for the reason the audience didn't notice the change in actress.
