Willie Ray Norwood, Sr. known as Willie Norwood is an American Gospel singer and has been involved in singing since early childhood. His father and mother sang in the church choir. He is the father and voice coach of Grammy-awarded Brandy and Actor/Artist Ray J.

Willie B. Norwood (born August 8, 1947 in Carrollton, Mississippi) is an American former professional basketball player.

A 6'7" forward from Alcorn State University, Norwood played in the National Basketball Association from 1971 to 1978 as a member of the Detroit Pistons, Seattle SuperSonics, and Portland Trail Blazers. He averaged 7.5 points per game in his professional career.
