We're All To Blame is the first single from Chuck by Sum 41. The song is about the state of the world due to war, people dying, people living in fear, and the power of corporations, amongst other concerns. It is also about how everyone is to blame for either causing a problem or letting it go on.
The song is one of the most critically acclaimed Sum 41 singles. It was written after their trip to the Congo, thereby making it the last song written for Chuck ("Noots" was originally going to be track 3 on the album, but was cut right after "We're All To Blame" was recorded). It represents their travel to the war zone. The song goes from fast-paced to slow-paced and to fast-paced again, this structure is in the entire song as they represent when they were in calm and from one second to another between shoots and war.
This song was played in the 2004 movie, Godzilla: Final Wars. The song played during the fight scene between Zilla and Godzilla in the film.
