"Welcome" is a song written by Pete Townshend of The Who. It appears on the group's first rock opera, Tommy (1969). In the song, Tommy begins to invite (or recruit) people to his spiritual retreat, which will later become Tommy's Holiday Camp. This song was not used in the Tommy set list in concert from 1969-1971.

It is the first album track that features Roger Daltrey playing the harmonica .
