"Victims of Love" is a single by Good Charlotte of their 2007 album, Good Morning Revival. It was released on January 29, 2008, which makes it the fifth single to be released from the album. The lyrics of the song are in a second person point of view, as if the words are being told to the listener. The song is about how "everybody" has been hurt and/or victimized by love, and that even though they have been hurt, they will keep trying to find love. This is shown in the chorus:
It was thought to be the fourth single from Good Morning Revival but "Misery" was released instead, though only in Australia and Europe. In an interview with Joel Madden for the 2007 MTV New Year's Eve Party, he mentioned that "Victims of Love" would be released as a single in North America. The band posted the song on their official website early January 2008.
