UTP Records (short for Uptown Projects) is Juvenile's vanity label, started in 2001 after he leftCash Money Records. In 2004, Juvenile landed a joint venture with Rap-A-Lot Records and released a collaboration with Wacko and Skip titled The Beginning of the End....The album included the single "Nolia Clap". Later that year he signed a joint venture with Atlantic Records. While Juvenile is signed to Atlantic Records, other artists on UTP are signed to Asylum Records. Young Buck was once a member of UTP but left to sign with G-Unit. In addition, 50 Cent mentioned UTP several times on the track "Blood Hound" with Young Buck as Buck was, at that time the track was recorded, still a member of UTP. The only artists left on UTP now (besides Juvenile) are Redd Eyezz and Big Zuse.
