Trini Alvarado (born 10 January, 1967) is an American actress best known for her performance as Meg March in the 1994 film adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's novel Little Women and Lucy Lynskey in the comedy/horror film The Frighteners

Alvarado appeared in _Times Square with Tim Curry and Robin Johnson, portrayed Babe Ruth's first wife Helen in The Babe with John Goodman, and starred opposite Bette Midler in Stella.

Her father is Spanish and her mother is Puerto Rican.
Attended Professional Children's School in New York City.
