Todd Susman (born January 17, 1947, in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American actor. His better-known roles include Officer Shifflett on Newhart and the unseen P.A. system announcer on the television series M*A*S*H (a role he shared with Sal Viscuso). Susman has appeared in over one hundred different television series and was also featured in the Broadway production of Hairspray, the 1971 film Star Spangled Girl, and the 2007 independent film, "The Big Bad Swim.
Todd has been extremely busy lately doing voice-over work for the likes of Greyhound, Mitsubishi Motors, and Bull's Eye BBQ Sauce.
Although his credits include hundreds of commercials and television shows, he is best remembered as one of the the heard-but-never-seen P.A. announcers, along with Sal Viscuso on M*A*S*H [TV-Series 1972-1983].
