The Howard Stern Show is an American radio show hosted by Howard Stern on Howard 100, a SIRIUS Satellite Radio station developed by Stern during his transition from terrestrial radio.

For over twenty years the radio show was syndicated on FM radio stations (and a few AM stations) throughout the United States until the last broadcast via terrestrial radio on December 16, 2005. The Howard Stern Show began broadcasting via the United States subscription-based Sirius Satellite Radio satellite radio service on January 9, 2006. It began broadcasting to Canada via the Canadian version of Sirius on February 6, 2006.
