The Butterfly Effect are a hard rock band from Brisbane, Australia, formed in 1999. The members of the band are: Clint Boge, vocals; Ben Hall, drums; Glenn Esmond, bass; and Kurt Goedhart, guitar. Their debut album received high rotation play on influential radio station Triple J.

The Butterfly Effect has built a reputation for being one of the most exciting and hard working live acts in Australia. Since February 2002 the band has toured the country extensively knocking up over 300 interstate performances as a headlining act. The “Begins Here” tour included over 114 shows in Australia and sold-out in all capital cities several times with attendances tripling previous tours.
