Taylor Negron (born August 1, 1957) is an American character actor who appeared frequently in comedies of the 1980s and on television. He is a stand-up comedian and various sources mention that he expects to publish a collection of short stories titled "Remade as Fiction".
Taylor Negron, a native of Glendale, California, attended UCLA. He studied acting with Lee Strasberg and studied comedy at a private seminar taught by Lucille Ball. He went on to join the cast of an improvisational comedy group, whose ranks included talents like Robin Williams (I), Martin Short (I) and Betty Thomas (I). In 1982 Negron made his motion-picture debut as a love-struck, pill-popping, dancing intern in Young Doctors in Love (1982) and as the obviously peeved Mr. Pizza Guy in Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982). He also played Rodney Dangerfield's son-in-law in Easy Money (1983). Negron was honored with the distinction of being asked to teach one of the first comedy courses offered at UCLA.
