It took place on August 21 2005 at the MCI Center inWashington, D.C.. The official theme songs were "Remedy" by Seether, and "Get it Poppin'" by Fat Joe (featuring Nelly).

The main event was between Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels, which Hogan won after a Leg Drop. The main matches on the undercard were John Cena vs. Chris Jericho for the WWE Championship, Batista vs. John "Bradshaw" Layfield in a No Holds Barred match for the World Heavyweight Championship and Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero in a Ladder Match.
