"Summer Love" is a song written by Justin Timberlake, Timothy Mosley, and Nate Hills, released as the fourth single from Timberlake's second album FutureSex/LoveSounds. The song was released as a radio single. It debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at #74 and peaked at #6. The FutureSex/LoveSounds digital download version has "Summer Love" as a solo purchase without "Set the Mood Prelude", while the prelude is attached to "Until the End of Time". The CD pressing contains the prelude at the end of "Summer Love". The song is the fourth single from FutureSex/LoveSounds to reach #1 on Mediabase's Mainstream Top 40 chart, making Timberlake the first artist ever to have four straight Top 40 radio #1's from the same album. For the German and New Zealand market there was a live performance released as music video. In Europe the single's B-side was "Until the End of Time".
