David Styles (born November 28, 1974), better known as Styles P. is an American based rapper. He was born to a Jamaican father and a South African mother. He is a member of Hip Hop group D-Block, which includes Jadakiss, and Sheek Louch. He is known primarily for the hardcore lyrics and powerful messages in his music.

For years known primarily because of his membership in The LOX , Styles broke away from his groupmates in 2002 with his debut solo album and its hit single, “Good Times.” Up until the album’s release, Styles may have not been well-known on his own yet was certainly no stranger to success.
