Shanna Lynn Moakler (born March 28, 1975) is an American model, actress and reality television star. She was crowned Miss USA in 1995 and has appeared on the television series Pacific Blue and Meet the Barkers.

Attended Barrington High School in Barrington, Rhode Island.
First runner-up (as Miss New York) at Miss USA 1995. She became Miss USA after the original winner, Chelsi Smith from Texas, won Miss Universe a few months later.
(20 December 2000) Filed a $62.5 million palimony suit against ex-fiancé Oscar De La Hoya, claiming he was an abusive alcoholic to her and to their daughter and he used them "as props to promote his public image".
