Sarah Beth Lancaster (born February 12, 1980 in Overland Park, Kansas) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles of Rachel in Saved by the Bell: The New Class and Madison Kellner on Everwood. She also had a recurring guest role on NBC's Scrubs as JD's love-interest, Lisa the Gift-Shop Girl, and played Marjorie in ABC's TV series What About Brian. In 2005 she starred in the TV movie Living With the Enemy with Mark Humphrey.

Currently, Lancaster is co-starring in the NBC comedy-spy series Chuck, as the lead character's sister, Ellie.

Born in Kansas City, moved to Virginia at 4 and on to Southern California at 8. Sarah enjoys dancing, has more than 8 years of training in ballet and jazz and performed in several theatrical productions as dancer, including "I Love Dance" at Caesar's Palace and "Les Artists Theatrical". Appeared in numerous print ads before her acting career began as guest in "Saved by the Bell: The New Class" (1993). She became a regular in the following season of the same show.

Lancaster was born in Overland Park, Kansas, where she grew up with her younger brother, Daniel. Her mother, Barbara, was a homemaker and her father, Michael, was in real estate. It was his job that led the family to Mission Viejo, California when Sarah was ten years old. Soon after the move to Southern California, she began taking acting classes and immediately landed a talent agent. After a few months of commuting from Orange County to Los Angeles for auditions, she secured her first professional series regular role, starring as "Rachel" on "Saved by the Bell: The New Class" (1993). From the time she was in the eighth grade, she was tutored on the set. After she wrapped production on the series, Lancaster, who had been taking college courses at U.C. Irvine to expedite her high school graduation, made the official move to Los Angeles to further pursue her acting career. She has guest-starred on such hit television series as the top-rated "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (2000) for CBS, HBO's critically acclaimed "Six Feet Under" (2001), Fox's "That '70s Show" (1998) and The WB's "7th Heaven" (1996) and "Dawson's Creek" (1998). She also appeared in the CBS telefilm Michael Landon, the Father I Knew (1999) (TV), in the role of "Leslie Landon". For the big screen, Lancaster played a love interest to Leonardo DiCaprio's character in DreamWorks' Catch Me If You Can (2002). "If you blink, you'll miss me", Sarah is quick to offer, "but it was a valuable experience working with Steven Spielberg (I)". She garnered attention recently for her recurring role as college student "Madison Kellner" on The WB's engrossing family drama series, "Everwood" (2002) for Warner Bros. Television. She played the rock-band-fronting babysitter and love-interest to Gregory Smith's 16-year-old character, "Ephram Brown". Lancaster previously had a memorable arc as "Lisa", the hot gift shop girl and love interest for Zach Braff's character, on NBC's hit comedy "Scrubs" (2001). In addition, Lancaster had a recurring role for FOX on David E. Kelley's "Boston Public" (2000), where she played a snooty high school student running for prom queen. She currently stars as the beautiful and ambitious blackjack dealer, "Veronica Harold", on CBS's new one hour drama series, "Dr. Vegas", with Rob Lowe (I) and Joe Pantoliano. By day, her character studies hotel management at the local university, while she is also responsible for the care of her ailing father. Lancaster currently resides in Los Angeles with her two cats. Her interests include ballet, art, reading, working out and traveling.
