Sachiko Parker (born September 1, 1956 in Los Angeles, California) is an actress. The daughter of Shirley MacLaine, she made numerous appearances in film and television in the 1980s and early-1990s.

Was William Peter Blatty's inspiration for Regan MacNeil in his book "The Exorcist." The photograph on the original cover of the book is a distorted image of her face.
