Ryūzaburō Ōtomo (May 18, 1952 - ) is a male seiyū from Tokyo currently affiliated with Aoni Production, and formely affiliated with 81 Produce.

He is most known for the roles of Doctor Ōgami (Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!), Myotismon (Digimon Adventure), Uka Uka (Crash Bandicoot series), the second voice of Lord Giri (Mahōjin Guru Guru), Dabra (Dragon Ball Z) and Sir Crocodile (One Piece).
