Rhett Tyler Fisher (born on May 22, 1980 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American actor best known for playing as Ryan Mitchell, the Titanium Ranger in Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue. He originally tried for the part of Carter Grayson, the Red Ranger, but lost out to Sean Cw Johnson. He is currently the lead singer for Manic Mind.

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Rhett Fisher lived in various places before relocating himself to California to pursue acting. Beginning with modeling, he was spotted by the casting director for Power Rangers, and lost the role of the Red Ranger before being offered what would turn out to be his breakout role. Giving unheard of depth to a character for a children's show, he quickly became the older fans' favorite. After a few brief appearances both as Ryan Mitchell again and as Prince William in 'Maybe It's Me', he decided to pursue singing. A self-taught pianist and guitarist, he'd been writing songs since he was sixteen, and decided against recording an R&B album in favor of working on his own material. He has since then joined friend Micah Faulkner, and they are now known as the band Manic Mind.
