Viktor Lavrentievich Zokas , better known by his alias of Renard, the Anarchist, is a fictional character and antagonist in the James Bond film The World Is Not Enough. He was portrayed by Scottish actor Robert Carlyle.

Prior to The World is Not Enough's release, the character of Renard was promoted as the film's main villain and is often referred to as such in reviews and contemporary press coverage. However once the film was released it became less certain whether this was the case, or if Elektra was actually the main villain and Renard was her henchman. The issue is settled by director Michael Apted in an interview included with the DVD release of the film, in which he states that Elektra King is the main villain of the film.
