Reiko Aylesworth (born December 9, 1972 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American film and television actress, probably best known for her work on the television series 24. She is of Dutch, Welsh, and Japanese ancestry. Aylesworth living in Springfield, Illinois, from 1987 to 1988 before moving to Seattle, Washington. She went on to attend the University of Washington and spent several years studying neuroscience before deciding on a full time career in acting.
Auditioned for the role of Nina Myers on "24" (2001), but lost out to Sarah Clarke (I). Reiko was remembered for the show's second season and was cast as Michelle Dessler.
Moved to Seattle, Washington, when she was 13.
Went to the University of Washington.

Appeared again with "24" co-star Xander Berkeley in Magma: Volcanic Disaster (2006) (TV). In 24, Xander Berkeley played her boss, in Magma, he plays her husband.
