Red Dust is an American 1932 film directed by Victor Fleming. The picture is the second of six movies Clark Gable and Jean Harlow made together. It was produced during the Pre-Code era of Hollywood.
In 2006, Red Dust was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".

Conditions are spartan on Dennis Carson's Indochina rubber plantation during a dusty dry monsoon.
