Paul Hartman (March 1, 1904 – October 2, 1973) was an American dancer, stage performer and television character actor.

Born in San Francisco, California, Hartman, like Fred Astaire, began performing as a dancer with his sister, and developed a career that spanned the golden musical era of the 1940s-50s. As a character actor he played a barber on Petticoat Junction and a landlord on Love American Style.

Awarded a Tony in 1948 for best actor in a musical ('Angel in the Wings'). His wife and co-star, Grace, won for best actress in a musical that year as well.
