Patrick Stump (born Patrick Martin Stumph on April 27, 1984 in Glenview, Illinois, where he has lived all his life) , is an American musician, composer and producer. Most notably, he is the primary composer, lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and occasional pianist of Fall Out Boy, an American band from Chicago, Illinois. His bandmates are Pete Wentz, Joe Trohman, and Andy Hurley. He is son to an American Folk singer and brother to an accomplished violinist.
