Not 4 Sale will be Kardinal Offishall's fourth album, and his first as a member of Konvict Muzik. The Toronto-based rapper's album will feature established artists such as Lil Wayne, De La Soul, Clipse, Rihanna and Stat Quo. It has been confirmed that Akon will be executive producer of the album, expected to be released in 2008.

On July 2, 2007, the first single "Graveyard Shift" featuring Akon was released. The World premiere of the song was played on Sirius Satellite Radio.
