Norman Brown (born December 18, 1963 in Kansas City, Missouri) is a smooth jazz guitarist & singer.

Brown often draws comparisons to another well-known guitarist, George Benson. Brown is sometimes billed as the second coming of Benson. He was discovered in the early 1990s by legendary drummer Norman Connors.
