"No More Tears" is the fifth song on the 1991 Ozzy Osbourne heavy metal album No More Tears. With a running time of 7:22, it is the longest song that Osbourne has ever recorded on a studio album (as of 2007). It reached #10 on U.S. Mainstream Rock. Ozzy considers this song to be "a gift from God", as stated in his booklet that came with his Prince of Darkness 4-Disk set.
The song was redone by guitarist Zakk Wylde as a bonus track on the second reissue of the Black Label Society album Sonic Brew as well as on its own promotional E.P. called the No More Tears Sampler.
A shorter edited version of this song can be heard on The Ozzman Cometh Ozzy Osbourne compilation 2-disk.

"No More Tears" was the second single for Angela Winbush's second album, The Real Thing. "No More Tears" reached the Top ten of the airplay chart, and reached number 12 on the US Billboard chart.
"No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)" is a duet from 1979 by Donna Summer and Barbra Streisand. While Summer was famous for her disco material and Streisand for her more easy listening and soundtrack work (though both had crossed over into other genres before), this song fused both sounds with a slow beginning (lasting almost two minutes) which then evolved into a disco song (which in its entirety lasted almost twelve minutes, but was edited to just under five minutes for the 7" single). The song is an early example of girl power with two women taking action against their men and throwing them out.
The song was recorded for Streisand's Wet album and also as a new track for Summer's compilation double album entitled On the Radio: Greatest Hits Volumes 1 & 2. The full-length version was found on Streisand's album, while a longer 11 minute plus version (the 12" version) was featured on Summer's album. The 7" single was issued on Summer's Casablanca label, while the album version was issued on Streisand's CBS label. Although the sales of the two were amalgamated, both separately received gold certification. The single spent two weeks at Number One on the U.S. singles chart (making it Summer's fourth and final chart-topping single in her home country). It was also a big international hit, and made the Top 3 in the U.K.
During the recording of the song, Summer is said to have passed out and fallen off her chair having been out partying the night before. Streisand supposedly carried on singing her long note and waited until she had finished it before stopping and asking Summer if she was okay.
It has been said that "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)" almost never made it on to the album. The song was originally entitled, "Enough Is Enough", where the ballad introduction was never recorded between Barbra and Donna. When the final song selections were being made, it was said by the producers that "Enough Is Enough" was not to be included, for it had nothing in common with the other songs, since the track didn't interpret water of any kind. Barbra Streisand really wanted the song on the album, where Barbra changed the title of the song to "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)", where the ballad introduction was written, to give more of an explanation of water to the song..."It's raining, it's pouring, my love life is boring me to tears after all these years...", and so forth. Once the ballad introduction was written, Barbra and Donna hit the studio to record the ballad introduction, and the song wound up on the album's final track selection, where it became an instant #1 hit single.
Another amazing fact about "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)" is the length of the song. The song was recorded and released as a single from Barbra's album, Wet, which was released at the time of Donna Summer's first 1979 album, Bad Girls. Although, the single/radio version of the track is only 4:43 (four minutes, forty-three seconds), the full-length album version (featured on Barbra's album) is a lengthy 8:21 (eight minutes, twenty-one seconds). By late 1979, Donna Summer released her second 1979 album entitled, On the Radio: Greatest Hits Volumes 1 & 2. That album featured all of Donna's greatest hits, including "No More Tears (Enough Is Enough)". The version that appears on Donna's compilation is an extremely lengthy 11:43 (eleven minutes, forty-three seconds). The reason why the longer version features an extra 2:22 (two minutes, twenty-two seconds) (along with a Disco Mix added to the already-recorded music) is simply because of the fact that a mid-section was recorded by the backing vocalists, where they sing: "Enough is enough is enough is enough..." and so on, where the last few verses are repeated. Thus, making the 11:43 version the classic Extended 12" Version.
