Monica Horan (born January 29, 1963 in Darby, Pennsylvania) is an American actress.

Graduated from Hoftsra University with a degree in theatre studies.

Converted to Judaism before marrying Rosenthal, the son of Holocaust survivors.

In the mid-1980s, she worked as a telephone sales operator for Telecharge in New York City.
