Michael Brian Mamula (born August 14, 1973 in Lackawanna, New York) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 1st round (7th overall) of the 1995 NFL Draft. The Eagles traded their first round draft pick (12th overall), and two second round selections to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in exchange for their first round draft pick (7th overall) and a third round selection. All picks involved in this trade were in the 1995 NFL Draft. Tampa Bay ultimately used its pick on Warren Sapp.

He improved his draft stock tremendously thanks to his showing at the NFL Combine. At that time, combine drills were known and did not change, and therefore could be practiced repeatedly for optimal performance. Mamula tied the number of 225 lb bench-presses put up by the top tackle in the draft (Tony Boselli), and his 4.63 40-yard dash time was very fast for his position. Because his subsequent NFL career didn't really measure up to that showing, he is often pejoratively referred to as a "Workout Warrior" and his name is frequently invoked when players go into the combine as relative unknowns and come out as hot properties.

Injuries, a dwindling passion, and a testicular tumor prematurely ended his career after the 2000 NFL season. In 77 career games with the Eagles, Mamula had 209 total tackles and 31.5 sacks.
