Michael James McDonald (born December 31, 1964) is an American comedian and actor currently starring in the sketch comedy MADtv. He has been a part of the MADtv cast since the fourth season (1998) and currently holds the record for the longest serving castmember on the show. While on the show, he has developed many memorable characters.

Michael Dewayne McDonald (born February 13, 1969 in Longview, Texas) is a retired American basketball player. He played collegiately for University of New Orleans and was selected by the Golden State Warriors with the second round pick (55th overall) in the 1995 NBA Draft. The Warriors traded his rights to the Toronto Raptors in the B.J. Armstrong trade, and he spent two weeks with the Raptors during the 1996 pre-season, but he was waived before the regular season started. He also played during the pre-season for the Milwaukee Bucks in 1997.
On January 21, 1998 he signed a 10-day contract with the Charlotte Hornets and played in 1 game for them.
He also played in Russia for Triumph Lyubertsy, Unics Kazan and Lokomotiv Mineralnye Vody, in Croatia for KK Zadar and in Cyprus for Proteas EKA AEL Limassol (2004-06).
