Meego was a 1997 science fiction comedy that aired on CBS. It starred Bronson Pinchot in the title role. Meego was a 9,000-year-old shape-shifting alien from the planet "Marmazon 4.0" who winds up living with a human family after his ship crashes. Meego does not want anyone to know that he is extraterrestrial, and tells people he is from Canada instead.
The show also starred Jonathan Lipnicki and Michelle Trachtenberg. Jaleel White reprised his role as Steve Urkel for 2 guest spots.
CBS canceled the show after six episodes aired.
The family had a father but a mother was not present.
Meego is a 9000 year old alien whose spaceship crashes on Earth and is discovered by Alex, Maggie and Trip Parker. The three children take a liking to Meego and convince their single father to take him in as a nanny. Meego agrees to stay until his ship is fixed, but eventually grows attached to the children and stays. Written by Ondre Lombard
