Marques Harris (born September 20, 1981 in Salt Lake City, UT) is an American football linebacker on the San Diego Chargers of the NFL. He lived in Grand Junction, Colorado and won the individual Colorado State High School 5A wrestling championship before playing in the NFL. He played college football at Colorado before transferring to Southern Utah University. He is known for doing a backflip after he gets a sack, most notably his sack which resulted in a safety. Harris is currently a reserve pass rushing specialist at outside linebacker behind Shawne Merriman and Shaun Phillips.
