Malú (María Lucía Sánchez) (born 1982 in Madrid) is a Spanish multi-selling singer.
She is the niece of the famous flamenco singer-songwriter Paco de Lucía and is known for songs as "Aprendiz" (one of her best known songs), "Sin Ti Todo Anda Mal", "Toda", "Diles", "Si Estoy Loca" or "No Voy a Cambiar".
In Samoa, a malu is a female-specific tattoo of cultural significance. It covers the legs from just below the knee to the upper thighs, and is typically sparser and more lacy than male Samoan tattoos. It was traditionally applied to young women in the years following puberty.
