Major League Wrestling (MLW) was a professional wrestling promotion that based its presentation around hybrid wrestling, which encompasses and showcases many different forms of wrestling. MLW produced a 34-episode television show called Underground TV, which aired in the _United States from April 7, 2003 to February 14, 2004. The gritty TV shows, featuring music by 50 Cent and Powerman 5000, were hosted by Joey Styles and consisted of pre-taped matches from prior events.
In February 2004, MLW folded. In March of the same year, founder Court Bauer announced an agreement to sell MLW's assets and properties to W.G.O. Properties based in Asia. DVDs of past MLW events are still available through HighSpots.
