Lyle Tayo (19 January, 1889 - 2 May, 1971), was an American film actress. She appeared in 59 films between 1921 and 1948.

She was born in Elmdale, Kansas and died in Hollywood, California.

Lyle Barton (a.k.a. Lyle Tayo) retired from films in the 1920s. She was a contract player with the "Hal Roach Film Studios". She then quit show business and became a housewife and mother thereafter. She is interred in Valhalla Memorial Park in North Hollywood, California.
