Lewis Thomas Charles "Lou" Richards (born March 15, 1923) is a former Australian rules footballer, who played 250 games with the Collingwood Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL) between 1941 and 1955. Richards married Edna Lillian Bowie in 1948 and their life-long romance has been an inspiration to Melburnians. Lou "Boulder" Richards (b.October 12,1970 d.September13,2006) Bridgeport, Connecticut was an integral part of the classic Hatebreed sound and is responsible for some classic riffs you hear today and some are evident with various metalcore bands. Lou left Hatebreed in May of 2002, which was a very difficult time for him. Boulder acquired much pain over the years and he struggled with addiction. He did experience some peace, happiness and sobriety over the past year as he tried to free himself from the clutches of the addictions.
