Law, The Practice, Quantum Leap, The Riches', Boston Legal' and other shows. She also had a recurring role on Everwood.
Garlington was originally a regular on Seinfeld. She was the female regular, in the pilot episode - The Seinfeld Chronicles - playing the waitress at Pete's Restaurant. When the series was picked up, however, it was decided that there was no need for a regular female waitress, so Garlington's role was dropped.
Originally she was part of the Seinfeld cast. She was going to play a waitress who would give Jerry and George friendly advice. When they examined the pilot, they dropped her character and hired Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who played Jerry's ex-girlfriend Elaine.
