Kevin Dockery (born January 8, 1984 in Hernando, Mississippi) is an American football defensive back for the New York Giants of the National Football League.
Dockery played college football at Mississippi State University.
Dockery's first career interception was a 96 yard return for a touchdown vs the Dallas Cowboys in week 7 of the 2006 NFL season.
He ended the season with 41 tackles, 2 interceptions and one interception return touchdown.
Kevin Dockery is an American fiction and nonfiction author.
Dockery is retired from the US Army, where he served on the President's Guard, and as an armorer. Since retiring, he has also worked as a curator for the SEAL Museum, an historian, a game designer and as a lecturer. He was a technical advisor for the movie Predator.
He has written with or for several well-known figures, including Jesse Ventura, Bill Fawcett, David Drake, Harry Humphries, Dennis Chalker and several other SEALs.
His books include Navy Seals: The Complete History, Stalkers and Shooters: A History of Snipers and Weapons of the Navy Seals. Dockery lives in Michigan.
