Kenneth H. Rosenthal (born 19 September 1962) is an American sportswriter.
Rosenthal has served as lead field reporter for Major League Baseball on FOX since 2005. He began his career with The Baltimore Sun, where he was named Maryland Sportswriter of the Year five times by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. He joined The Sporting News, where he served as a national baseball writer through 2005.
Among the stories Rosenthal has been credited with breaking was the Nomar Garciaparra trade; the Joe Girardi firing from the Florida Marlins; the Miguel Tejada proposed trade to the Los Angeles Angels; and the Florida Marlins' trade of Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera to the Detroit Tigers. He is a voting member of the Baseball Hall of Fame.
