Kassie DePaiva (born March 21, 1960) is an American soap opera actress. She was credited prior to 1996 as Kassie Wesley.
DePaiva was born Katherine Virginia Wesley in Morganfield, Kentucky. She sang as a soloist at age 18 at the Grand Ole Opry. After her stint in Nashville, she attended both Indiana State University and UCLA, studying theatre, dropping out before graduation to entertain USO troops in Asia. Since 1993, she began portraying her most notable role, the part of Blair Daimler Cramer on One Life to Live, formerly portrayed by half-Asian actress, Mia Korf. DePaiva's pairing with Roger Howarth's (and later Trevor St. John's) Todd Manning struck with viewers and the two became a supercouple.
She is married to fellow One Life to Live actor James DePaiva, a marriage which has produced one son James Quentin (b. May 12, 1997).
She has one son, James Quentin (called J.Q.), with husband James DePaiva.
Attended Indiana University and UCLA, but quit before graduating.
Has a stepdaughter, Dreama, who is her husband, James DePaiva,'s from a previous marriage.
Her contract with "One Life to Live" (1968) states that she must sing on screen at least twice a year.
