Julie Hanan Carruthers (born January 30, 1960 in Sarasota, Fl.) is an American soap opera producer and director.

Relocated to New York City in 2003 to executive produce "All My Children" (1970).

Is good friends with soap actress, director and producer, Francesca James.

Graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in radio, television and film.

Has two children, Amanda and David.
